FairDeal360.ie was created to help Irish families understand the Fair Deal scheme and make more confident decisions when a loved one may need long-term nursing home care.

The service is led by Peter Brady, founder of 360 Finance & Property. Peter has spent more than 20 years building experience across mortgages, property, life assurance, pensions, financial planning and family financial decision-making. He is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and Retirement Planning Advisor (RPA), with over 15 years’ experience in the life assurance, pension and property industries.

Peter’s professional journey has always centred on three consistent themes: family, property and financial planning. From working in mortgages and the life assurance sector, to buying and renovating family homes, raising a family, and advising clients through major financial decisions, Peter understands that the Fair Deal process is not just an application form. It is often an emotional, practical and financial decision for the whole family.

FairDeal360.ie brings that experience into one focused service. The aim is to explain the Fair Deal scheme in plain English, help families understand how income, savings, property and other assets may be assessed, and provide practical guidance on the steps involved in applying for support.

FairDeal360.ie is connected to 360 Finance & Property and works alongside CareBeds.ie, helping families who are considering nursing home care in Ireland. While Fair Deal guidance itself is not regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland, 360 Finance & Property is a regulated Irish financial advisory business.

Fair Deal Explained

Fair Deal Explained is a plain-English guide for Irish families trying to understand how long-term nursing home care may be funded. It explains how the Fair Deal Scheme works, who can apply, what income and assets are assessed, how the 3-year cap and Nursing Home Loan may affect the family home, and why early planning can help families make calmer, better-informed decisions before a care crisis arises.
